About the Programme

Our Inclusive Leadership Programme supports leaders on their learning journey over a period of 4 to 6 months.  It has three core workshop components and three core self-facilitated learning pod sessions.  We offer some modular content depending on your organisational culture and where support is needed.

This is an important start to leaders’ understanding of inclusion – ultimately, why is it a focus of attention?

Skills of an Inclusive Leader 

This workshop builds leaders’ critical understanding of how to be consciously inclusive.

Action & Advocacy 

This workshop ensures leaders have clarity and are accountable for what they will be doing differently and feel confident in implementing it.

  • To equip leaders with the skills, confidence and behaviours needed to build trust, foster belonging, and make fair, inclusive decisions that drive team performance and retention.

  • People leaders at all levels from first-line managers to senior leadership.  Bascially, anyone who influences team culture, decision-making and talent outcomes.  Programmes can be tailored for specific cohorts such as senior leaders, ERG sponsors or global team managers.

  • We offer a mix of virtual or in-person facilitation, including workshops, leadership circles, practical toolkits, reflective exercises and real-world action commitments.  Delivery can be phased over weeks or months depending on global availability.

  • We design around your needs. Typical programmes include 3 to 5 modules delivered to cohorts of 12–16 leaders per group. Larger rollouts can be phased across regions or business units.

  • Yes. We work with you to align content to your values, leadership framework, language and strategic priorities, ensuring relevance and practical application.

  • We initially work with you to understand what you want as programme outcomes – every organisation is different so it’s important we design the programme to meet your goals.  We collect baseline and post-programme data on these key outcome indicators and can include feedback from stakeholders/direct reports to show real culture uplift.
