We help leaders build the psychological capability to perform under pressure. And we'd love to help you.
I founded Avenir because I believe the hardest leadership work is inner work. When leaders build the psychological capability to sit with discomfort, they lead with more courage, clarity, and impact — and that builds organisations that can withstand real pressure.
– Nadia Nagamootoo, Founder & CEO
How we work
We listen first, then design an approach built around your organisation's specific leadership and performance challenges.
.
We bring you evidence and insight that helps you do your job better, grounded in psychological science, so you can build senior leadership buy-in fast.
Everything we do is measured. We track the behaviour change and performance impact our work creates, not just satisfaction scores.
