Nadia has extensive experience coaching, facilitating and consulting with leaders around the world. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, she applies her expertise on human behaviour to create meaningful conversations to provoke thought and change that leads to higher performance – both for the individual and the organisation. She has a deep specialism in the field of Inclusion and Diversity. Her 2016 and 2018 ground breaking pieces of research on men working flexibly and the systemic impact on women, organisations and society has achieved significant publicity and attention. She has over 15 years’ experience in the field of organisational development, culture change, leadership.

Clare has worked across automotive, publishing, technology, and not-for-profit sectors, in-house and as a Consultant.
