Our Coaching for Clarity Programme offers business leaders the essential space to uncover what to prioritise, identify what success looks like, create the impact they want to have, and magnify those results.

Why Avenir for Leadership Coaching?
All our coaches are either ICF accredited or equivalent with over 15 years+ experience coaching leaders and executives across industries and sectors. We are expert listeners and powerful questioners, with a deep curiosity that allows us to get to the heart of issues to create incredible shifts for our clients.
We work with our coachees at three levels – linguistically (listening to the language they are using), emotionally (connecting to how they are feeling as they tell their story), and physically (observing how they are showing up in their body as they speak). All three provide essential information for us as coaches to ask the question that will provoke the most thought and guide our coachees towards their chosen outcome.
We are committed to evaluating the impact of our coaching and the return on investment. We include pre-and post- coaching questionnaires as part of the coaching process to measure satisfaction, learning and application as well as business impact.
The Leadership Coaching Process

Once we understand your drivers for the coaching, we will send you coaching bios for 2 or 3 Avenir coaches
2. Chemistry calls
You select 2 coaches and have an initial 30 minute video call with each
You decide which coach you would like to work with
3. Month 1— start coaching
First 1.5 hour coaching session — either in-person or virtually
Optional: 30 minutes 3-way with line manager
Creating clarity of your goals and current context
Complete start of coaching questionnaire
4. Months 2 - 5 coaching
4 x 1.5 hour coaching sessions, approx. once a month
5. Month 6 — final coaching

Programme 2 – Team Coaching for Clarity
Our team coaching programme offers leadership with vital insight into the dynamics of the team relationships, how the beliefs, personalities and behaviours of each team member combine to create the team outcomes. Through this insight, we work in the moment with your team to build a shared vision, working arrangements and goals.
There’s an old African proverb that says ‘If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together’. And yet, its not always easy to trust your team members as relationships aren’t always smooth. Its not always safe to put yourself out there and take a risk without fear of being knocked down. Its not always clear that all team members are as committed to the shared goal. It may not be obvious what the shared goal is!
Think of your best experience working in a team. How did it feel? What were the relationships like? What did you achieve? At Avenir, we believe every team has the potential to be high-performing but as with all things in life, it takes work and effort. And rarely is it work that can be done from within the team. Our team coach brings an expert outside lens, observing your team as a system in terms of how you interact, who tends to speak first, who is listened to, how decisions are made etc. Your team coach will become a trusted confidante, supporting an inclusive culture and ultimately, high performance.

There has been significant research proving the clear benefits coaching can have for individuals and the business. City & Guilds Group (2018) reports 76% of employees believe coaching is helpful when going through periods of organisational change. Coaching plays a critical part in boosting productivity as people move between roles or embrace portfolio careers, both growing trends in today’s workplace.
A study published in the International Journal of Coaching in Organisations calculated the return of investment of executive coaching to be 289%, taking into account avoided costs of losing people, the application of learning, increase in performance and business impact.
